Funcionamiento
Side-vented perforated coating pan with PLC sequencing: tablets in a 500 mm SS304 mirror-finish (304-2B) perforated drum tumble while a 0.55 kW supply blower pushes 6 kW electrically-heated and Class 100,000-filtered hot air through the bed; a 0.55 kW exhaust fan draws air out through a mid-efficiency dust bag, creating negative pressure inside the chamber. A peristaltic pump delivers coating solution to the spray gun. 5.7" PLC touch screen (Yingjesh / Canadian-sourced system) controls all parameters including temperature alarm and self-diagnostics.
