Funcionamiento
Side-vented perforated coating pan: tablets in a 2–30 RPM SS304 mesh drum tumble while G4+F8+H13 filtered hot air (electrically heated, 6 kW) is pushed in by a 1.1 kW centrifugal blower and drawn out by a 1.1 kW exhaust through an internal bag filter, creating negative pressure. The constant-pressure variable-flow peristaltic pump (no return line) delivers coating solution to the spray gun uniformly without drip or clog. All VFDs (Nixi brand) allow stepless control of drum speed, supply and exhaust air. Touch screen (Kinco 7") + LG PLC (Korea) programmatic or manual control.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Side-vented perforated coating pan: tablets in a 2–30 RPM SS304 mesh drum tumble while G4+F8+H13 filtered hot air (electrically heated, 6 kW) is pushed in by a 1.1 kW centrifugal blower and drawn out by a 1.1 kW exhaust through an internal bag filter, creating negative pressure.
