Funcionamiento
Side-vented perforated coating pan: tablets tumble in a clean closed rotating drum and follow complex repeating trajectories that maximise surface exposure. Pre-warmed and HEPA-filtered (G4+F8+H14) hot air from the 1.8 kW electric heater is pushed by a 0.75 kW supply blower and drawn through the drum and out the bottom under negative pressure via a 0.75 kW explosion-proof exhaust fan and antistatic bag filter. A peristaltic pump delivers coating solution to the Anestiwata nozzle atomising it uniformly over the tablet bed. PLC + Siemens 7" touch-screen controls drum speed, air volume, spray force and flow rate.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Side-vented perforated coating pan: tablets tumble in a clean closed rotating drum and follow complex repeating trajectories that maximise surface exposure.
