Funcionamiento
Same architecture as SED-580-35GY-B but with 37 die stations and 23 mm max tablet diameter. Pre-compression at 60 kN, main compression at 80 kN, monitored by load cell on the upper press wheel. Cam-driven lower punches eject finished tablets. ABB 7.5 kW direct drive through arc-tooth worm gearbox; Beka volumetric pump greases all friction points on a programmable HMI schedule.
