Funcionamiento
Needle-loom style weaving: weft yarn is detected by a double 8–12 hole detector, stored on a double-twist electronic accumulator, and inserted via electronic auto shed-detection. Weft density is set steplessly via electronic control. The Chinese-made jacquard creates the pattern, the woven web is heat-set via a temple and heating plate, and the TCSI thermal-cutter slits and seals the woven labels.
