Funcionamiento
Vertical form-fill-seal: PE roll film is unwound, formed into a tube via a forming collar, vertically and horizontally heat-sealed (instant-heat + water-cool), filled with pre-weighed granules from an upstream linear weigher, then sealed at the top and cut. The full line uses an inclined hopper elevator, twin-screw rough feed, linear weigher with single-screw fine top-up, bag clamp, conveyor, stitch, and discharge.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Vertical form-fill-seal: PE roll film is unwound, formed into a tube via a forming collar, vertically and horizontally heat-sealed (instant-heat + water-cool), filled with pre-weighed granules from an upstream linear weigher, then sealed at the top and cut.
2The full line uses an inclined hopper elevator, twin-screw rough feed, linear weigher with single-screw fine top-up, bag clamp, conveyor, stitch, and discharge.
