Funcionamiento
Lower film is fed through an inductive auto-brake + film-tensioner to the forming station (integral cast-aluminium heating plate); a pneumatic lever-type independent lift-and-self-lock system closes upper and lower moulds and vacuum-forms the container. After product loading, the pack enters the vacuum/heat-seal station (≤200 Pa); upper film (with mark, aligned by Banner R58) is laid on and heat-sealed. PLC-controlled longitudinal cuts (modular sharp blades) + single-knife cross-cut (serrated; adjustable on the touchscreen) separate the finished packs. Waste film is recovered by a high-suction low-power collector. Inovance PLC + 10" HMI manages the entire sequence; phase-loss/reverse/over-voltage faults trigger auto-stop with fault description on screen.
Proceso de funcionamiento
