Funcionamiento
Granular material is conveyed by vacuum feeder into the double-impeller forced feeder, which fills the turntable die holes. As the turntable rotates, upper and lower punches (guided by double-sided lifting rails) pass through both pre-press rollers and main press rollers for two-stage compression (up to 100 kN main, 20 kN pre-press), forming tablets. Finished tablets exit via a ramp to an uphill deduster and metal detector; individual out-of-spec tablets are rejected by compressed air. Servo tablet-weight control and an upper-punch sticking sensor provide real-time monitoring of tablet weight and hardness.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Granular material is conveyed by vacuum feeder into the double-impeller forced feeder, which fills the turntable die holes.
