Funcionamiento
Material is fed from the hopper into a sealed crushing chamber. Eccentric blocks driven by an electric motor through a 4-belt drive impart high-frequency vibration to the chamber; the grinding rods inside rotate and revolve simultaneously, colliding with the material and grinding it through impact and shear. A water-cooling jacket controls chamber temperature. The chamber stays fully sealed during operation, eliminating dust escape, and a UV sterilization lamp can run during operation to keep the chamber clean.
Proceso de funcionamiento
