Funcionamiento
Material is loaded into a sealed double-cone shaped drum (vacuum-suction feed available). The drum rotates at 12 rpm around its central axis, causing convection, diffusion, and shear blending of the powders/granules inside. The double-cone geometry forces material to repeatedly tumble between the two cones, achieving uniform mixing (CV ≤5%) in 4-8 minutes. Discharge via SS butterfly valve at one cone tip.

Clean machine exterior with damp cloth; open and wipe interior; disinfect with 75% industrial alcohol both before and after each shift; weekly remove dust from electrical cabinet; lubricate transmission and adjustment knob monthly (oil 0-35°C / grease >35°C or <0°C).
