Funcionamiento
Powder and binder are fed into a horizontal SUS304 sealed cylinder. The bottom impeller rotates at 0-270 rpm (5.5kW, VFD, belt-driven via reducer) tumbling the powder and forming wet soft mass; a side-mounted chopper at 0-2900 rpm (2.2kW, VFD) cuts the mass into uniform granules. The driving shaft uses an inflatable air seal that switches to water during CIP. A translation cover-open mechanism provides safe access. Discharge through a side outlet via pneumatic gate. PLC + HMI control with modular design.
Proceso de funcionamiento
