Funcionamiento
Three-dimensional motion mixing: the cylindrical drum is connected at two ends via Y-type universal joints to the master and slave shafts. As the master shaft rotates, the universal joints translate the rotation into compound 3D motion (cross + vertical movement) of the drum. Material inside repeatedly inter-penetrates and convects in the sealed space, achieving uniform blending. VFD control on the main shaft lets the operator dial in the optimal speed for a given material and batch.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Three-dimensional motion mixing: the cylindrical drum is connected at two ends via Y-type universal joints to the master and slave shafts.
2As the master shaft rotates, the universal joints translate the rotation into compound 3D motion (cross + vertical movement) of the drum.
3Material inside repeatedly inter-penetrates and convects in the sealed space, achieving uniform blending.
