Funcionamiento
The mixing drum is mounted on a frame that produces three-dimensional motion: swinging, translation rotation, and rocking. This generates strong alternating pulse motion that continuously pushes material through the drum. The induced eddy flow has varying energy gradients, producing thorough mixing without the centrifugal segregation seen in single-axis mixers. Drum spindle rotates 0–24 rpm.

Pre-production: wipe machine exterior with a clean damp cloth; open drum and wipe interior surfaces; sanitize barrel with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: repeat same cleaning cycle. After each production run, remove transmission residue and dust from drive components.
