Funcionamiento
Electric heating jacket warms the material in the SUS304 inner pot; PLC controls temperature with optional PC-printable temperature curve. Two stirring elements operate in tandem: a high-shear vortex emulsifier (0–2800 rpm VFD) creates intense shear for homogenization, while a slow frame scraper-stirrer (0–60 rpm VFD) keeps the wall film moving and aids mixing. Discharge by tilt or positive pressure. The lid is screw-driven (0.75 kW) with auxiliary guide rods for stable raising and lowering.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Electric heating jacket warms the material in the SUS304 inner pot; PLC controls temperature with optional PC-printable temperature curve.
