Funcionamiento
Oil and water phases are heated and pre-mixed in their respective jacketed pots with electric heating and dispersion stirrers (0.37 kW, 1400 rpm), then vacuum-sucked into the main emulsifying pot. The bottom-mount homogenizer (German technology, 4 kW, 3000 rpm) drives material through gaps between multi-layer rotor and stator at high speed, generating intense hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, grinding, and impact forces to fully mix and refine the emulsion to 0.2–0.6 μm particle size. A frame scraper-stirrer with PTFE blades (0–80 rpm VFD, 1.1 kW) keeps the wall film moving. Vacuum (–0.09 MPa, Bolerkang rotary-vane pump 0.37 kW) deaerates the product. Discharge through bottom valve via piping to the filler, or by tilting for cleaning.
