Funcionamiento

Material is heated through forced convection of hot air to soften the shrink film and induce molecular-structure changes, causing volume reduction and tight conformance to the container. Stainless steel heating tubes generate heat; a circulation fan distributes airflow evenly through the tunnel. Conveyor rollers transport containers through the heat zone at adjustable speed.

Limpieza y mantenimiento

Pre-production: wipe external surface with a damp cloth; wipe interior with a clean cloth then disinfect with 75% industrial alcohol. Repeat at end of each shift. Weekly: open electrical cabinet and remove dust and debris from interior. Regularly lubricate conveyor drive chain and roller bearings.
