Funcionamiento
Open-cycle co-current spray drying. Ambient air is filtered (primary + medium efficiency), pressurized by a 1.5 kW forced-draught fan (4-72 No.4.5A), heated electrically (150 kW) to 150–160 °C, and enters the drying chamber via inlet volute and adjustable swirl-vane distributor. A 0.55 kW screw pump (DPMFXAA600/0.5, 600 L/h, 0.5 MPa) delivers feed liquid to the gear-driven centrifugal atomizer (1.5 kW drive, Φ135 mm disc, 12,600–20,000 rpm via VFD; oil pump 0.37 kW + cooling-water circulation pump 0.37 kW). Atomized droplets contact hot air co-currently and dry within seconds. Powder is collected by twin cyclones (with rotary discharge valves, 2 × 0.55 kW) plus a bag filter; humid exhaust is pulled by an 11 kW induced-draught fan (9-26 No.5.6A) and silenced before the stack. Ten pneumatic knockers (7 × SK60 on straight section + 3 × SK40 on cone) prevent powder build-up; an explosion vent (Φ159 mm) opens at 3000 Pa.
