Funcionamiento
Filtered air is electrically heated (90 kW) to 50-300 degC and enters the tower through an inlet volute and adjustable swirl-vane distributor. A Mohno feed pump delivers liquid (0.2-3.5 L/min) to a high-speed centrifugal atomizer (25 type, 0.75 kW, 18,000-24,000 rpm, VFD 0-300 Hz). Fine droplets contact the co-current hot air and dry within seconds; outlet temperature 80-90 degC, discharge temperature 40-60 degC. Powder is recovered by a two-stage long-cone cyclone (CZT-6.0 type) with a water-mist scrubber for tail-gas cleaning; collection rate >=99% (total system >=99.5%). Pneumatic vibrators on the cyclones assist discharge. Exhaust dust <50 mg/m3.
