Funcionamiento
Open-cycle co-current spray drying. Air is filtered (primary + medium efficiency), pressurized by a forced-draught fan, heated electrically to 150-160 degC, and enters the drying chamber via a heat-distributor with adjustable swirl vanes. Feed liquid is delivered by a screw pump (VFD) to a high-speed centrifugal atomizer disc, which throws it as fine droplets. Droplets meet the swirling hot air, evaporate within seconds, and the dried powder spirals down to a discharge cone where pneumatic hammers prevent build-up. Powder is recovered through twin cyclones plus a bag filter; humid exhaust is removed by an induced-draught fan.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Open-cycle co-current spray drying.
