Funcionamiento
Raw hydrogel material is batch-prepared in the 60 L agitator (with Sankai gearmotor and Watson VFD) and then loaded into the coating machine feed system. The coater spreads the gel uniformly onto non-woven fabric, laminates a release film on top, and applies an embossed pattern. The web then passes through a longitudinal slitting station, followed by a transverse cut station, yielding individual rectangular patches. Finished patches are conveyed to a rack for natural curing (24 hours), then fed into the packaging machine for individual four-side-seal wrapping, and finally into the cartoning machine for box packing.
Proceso de funcionamiento
