SED-50LP2-C — Twin-Centrifugal Custom Bottle Unscrambler

Operator dumps unsorted items into the elevator hopper. Photoelectric sensors inside the dual-centrifugal head trigger VFD-controlled feeding from the elevator. The inner disk (200 W speed-controlled motor, Olte) spins items outward; the outer disk (separate 200 W motor) carries them in single file, gapped for inspection. Photoelectric eyes (Panasonic) and mechanical baffles between outer disk and outlet identify orientation/color/center-of-gravity. Compressed air jets or high-pressure-blower jets reject mismatches. Aligned items pass through PU output belt (90 W) to downstream equipment. Siemens PLC + touchscreen orchestrate inner/outer disk speeds, elevator feed, and reject events.
