Funcionamiento
Material enters the crushing chamber from the hopper and is pulverised by high-speed rotating blades. The classifier wheel's gap is adjusted to reach the required particle fineness. High-speed rotating wind-vanes carry materials meeting the fineness requirement out of the crushing chamber via a negative-pressure fan into the discharge device; material not yet fine enough continues to be crushed in the chamber. Dust is filtered and recovered by pulse-jet bag filters.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Material enters the crushing chamber from the hopper and is pulverised by high-speed rotating blades.
2The classifier wheel's gap is adjusted to reach the required particle fineness.
