Funcionamiento
Raw material enters the crushing chamber from the hopper, passes through the three edges/corners on the movable grinding disc and the crushing sleeve. During operation the raw materials are first crushed, then enter between the two grinding discs; the two grinding discs full of tooth grooves operate against each other to grind the materials into powder.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Remove the movable grinding disc to access and clean the grinding chamber. New discs can be run in with river sand (about 1 kg) for 1–2 minutes to smooth tooth surfaces before first use.
