Funcionamiento
Operator places the blister tray and paper/Tyvek card under the upper heated platen mold. The platen heats to set temperature, then descends and clamps the card to the blister rim with controlled pressure and dwell time. Heat melts the heat-seal coating on the card, bonding it to the blister flange. After dwell, the platen retracts and the operator removes the sealed pack.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Operator places the blister tray and paper/Tyvek card under the upper heated platen mold.
2The platen heats to set temperature, then descends and clamps the card to the blister rim with controlled pressure and dwell time.
