Funcionamiento
PLC control combined with three-servo control system (paper-feed servo, cutting servo, main-drive servo) ensures high-precision, stable packaging. Photoelectric tracking synchronises the film index to the product for accurate registration. Product is sorted by the large candy tray and fed into the flow-wrap forming section where film is folded around each piece, heat-sealed at the ends (four-cut style), and discharged.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1PLC control combined with three-servo control system (paper-feed servo, cutting servo, main-drive servo) ensures high-precision, stable packaging.
2Photoelectric tracking synchronises the film index to the product for accurate registration.
3Product is sorted by the large candy tray and fed into the flow-wrap forming section where film is folded around each piece, heat-sealed at the ends (four-cut style), and discharged.
