SED-500YZ-H Swaying (Oscillating) Granulator. Wet granulator for converting wet powder mixtures into uniform granules by forcing them through a rotating screen via a five-angle hob roller. Also breaks dry-block material
Funcionamiento
Motor drives a worm-and-worm-wheel + V-belt train; gear shaft carries a five-angle (pentagonal) hob roller. An eccentric crankshaft + lifting rack converts continuous rotation into a back-and-forth swaying (oscillating) motion. Wet powder fed into the rotating drum is squeezed by the hob against the screen mesh, forcing the material through screen apertures into uniform granules. In dry-block crushing mode, the pentagonal hob collides with and forces the condensed block material through the screen. Particle size is set by interchangeable screen sieve.

Granulating module designed for easy disassembly: rotate pressure roller out, remove and replace screen, then re-tension via hand-wheel. Clean machine after each production run. Change lubricant in reducer box and grease in roller shaft periodically.
