SED-500YY-H Fully Automatic Servo Hydraulic Tablet Press. Newly developed large-scale press for compressing granular and powder raw material into ordinary and irregularly-shaped tablets. Suitable for large products requiring high density; multi-cavity (one mold 400 tablets) for large-volume production. High precision, easy mold change. PLC + HMI controlled fully automatic, continuous operation. Adjustable press time, pressure and tablet thickness, all visualized. Imported Taiwan hydraulic system - stable, leak-free, no oil contamination, no pressure loss, no async motion. Working section and hydraulic system are separated and independent, contamination-free, with auto cooling. Servo motor (Inovance), gear pump (HYTEK), Xinje PLC + HMI, Schneider/Delixi electrical, Huihan safety grating. Floating press: main cylinder 20-500 T adjustable. Volumetric feed; max fill height 200 mm with fine adjustment + hard limit. Punch stroke 300 mm. 4 molds/min, 400 tablets/mold = 1600 tablets/min. Bed plate 45# carbon steel. Operates auto / semi-auto / manual. Noise < 75 dB. Safety, alarm, fault log functions. Approx. 3000x1800x3000 mm, ~13 t.
