Funcionamiento

The mixing cylinder is mounted on a rotary connecting rod driven by a frequency-conversion brake motor and gear reducer. Compound triangular swing + translational rotation drives material simultaneously in three orthogonal directions (circumferential, radial, axial) inside the cylinder. The varying-energy-gradient vortex continuously redistributes and inter-diffuses materials, achieving uniform blending without dead zones. Compared with V-type or double-cone mixers, this mechanism eliminates specific-gravity segregation and accumulation caused by centrifugal force.

Limpieza y mantenimiento

Pre-production: (1) Wipe outer surface with clean damp cloth — clean and dust-free. (2) Open machine and wipe interior with damp cloth — remove dust and dirt. (3) Wipe material cylinder with clean cloth, then again with 75% industrial alcohol — dirt removal and sterilisation. Post-shift: (1) Wipe inside and outside with clean damp cloth — dust-free. (2) Wipe material cylinder with damp cloth, then 75% industrial alcohol — clean, dust-free, sterilised. Long-term storage: remove rotating drum, clean thoroughly, coat metal parts with anti-rust oil, cover with dust cloth.
