Funcionamiento

Bottles are manually placed at the sealing station. The heat-sealing head warms the composite film (aluminum-foil or plastic) to the set temperature, then a pneumatic cylinder presses it down to seal the bottle mouth. A photoelectric eye tracks film length and an encoder provides positioning. Waste film is automatically ejected after each cycle.

Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento

Clean the machine after each shift, especially the die slot inside the lower mold. Lubricate the slide rail with grease periodically to reduce wear. Always power off before installing sealing film. Non-specialist personnel must not open the electrical box in case of fault.
