SED-500P-A — Automatic Flat-Plate Blister Packing Machine

PVC web feeds into a contact-heating station that softens the film; a mold then blister-forms cavities by positive pressure (rectangular concave-groove mold). Tablets/capsules are filled by a frame-type feeder into the formed cavities. PTP aluminum foil is then laid over the blistered sheet and heat-sealed by interlocking upper/lower netted plates (dot or linear pattern seal), providing even stress and improved seal integrity. A separate batch-number embossing station (with independent heating) prints lot information, with photoelectric register control aligning printed foil precisely to cavities. The web passes through the easy-tear line embossing station then the blanking station where blister cards are die-cut. Waste foil/film is collected by a dedicated waste collection device. When the machine stops, a cylinder automatically raises the netted plate (cushion seal) to prevent heat-radiation blister deformation.
