Funcionamiento
Horizontal U-trough houses a single horizontal shaft with concentric double-helical ribbon flights. Slow rotation with small clearance to the trough wall creates simultaneous opposed axial flows: outer ribbons sweep material from both ends to the center, inner ribbons return material from center to both ends, producing convective double-ribbon mixing throughout the batch. A pneumatic discharge gate at the trough bottom enables fast, complete discharge with minimal residue.
Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Pre-production and post-shift cleaning required. Lid lifts open with gas-spring assist for internal access. Sticky materials are difficult to clean — recommended for large-volume, low-changeover formulations.
