Funcionamiento
Cartons enter via the infeed conveyor belt from an upstream cartoning machine. The collecting rack groups a configurable number of boxes per stack; a proximity switch triggers the upward-push servo, which lifts completed stacks into the box storage rack. Push-1 servo then pushes the palletized stack to the side-push position; side-push servo transfers the stack to the heat-seal station; the box-press cylinder holds the stack while PE film is wrapped, heat-sealed, cut, and cooled before the finished bundle is discharged.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Cartons enter via the infeed conveyor belt from an upstream cartoning machine.
