Funcionamiento
Uses high-voltage discharge inspection. A high-frequency high-voltage power supply connects to emitter and receiver electrodes; capacitances form between each electrode and the solution through the bag wall. Without leakage, current I1 flows through the simplified circuit; if a leak exists, the electrode contacts the solution directly, the wall capacitance disappears, and a larger current I2 flows. The system distinguishes good from defective bags by comparing current magnitudes. Soft bags travel via acceleration mesh belt, are inspected on top and bottom surfaces (in chain gaps), pass through a turnover wheel to inspect the opposite side, and rejected bags are dropped via a tilting reject device.
