Funcionamiento
A turbine disc fitted with movable blades rotates at high speed. Material is broken via blade impact, shear, and particle–particle / particle–tooth-ring collisions. Integrated fan blades on the disc create strong airflow that provides negative-pressure feeding, removes heat from the grinding chamber, and conveys fines to the screen, dramatically improving throughput and cooling.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
After each use, clean the grinding chamber and screen promptly. Do not wash the pulverizer with water; wipe clean with a dry or damp cloth. Lubricate bearings via the oil cup 5–10 times per month; if run ≥12 h/day, lubricate daily. When not in use for extended periods, clean thoroughly and disconnect all power before storage.
