Funcionamiento
Moist granule material is loaded into the fluidizing container. Inlet air is filtered and heated to the required drying temperature. As heated air passes upward through a Dutch sieve (perforated distribution plate), the material is fluidized and moisture is evaporated. Vapour-laden air is drawn off by an exhaust fan; fine particles are captured by filter bags that are periodically shaken to return powder to the product bed. The system operates under controlled conditions with temperature sensors and PLC sequence control.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Moist granule material is loaded into the fluidizing container.
