Funcionamiento
Powder is loaded into the conical SUS304 chamber via the Φ300 feed flange. A screw mixer (rotating at 0–15 RPM, VFD-adjustable) lifts material from the cone bottom up the inclined wall while a hot-oil-heated carbon-steel jacket (80–190 °C, 6.8 m² heat-transfer area) drives off solvent under vacuum. Solvent vapors are condensed in a SUS304 condenser and collected in a buffer tank. Material temperature and jacket temperature are monitored by PT100 sensors with switchable temperature-control modes (material vs jacket). Discharge is via a Φ450 pneumatic ball valve (24 V).
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Powder is loaded into the conical SUS304 chamber via the Φ300 feed flange.
2A screw mixer (rotating at 0–15 RPM, VFD-adjustable) lifts material from the cone bottom up the inclined wall while a hot-oil-heated carbon-steel jacket (80–190 °C, 6.8 m² heat-transfer area) drives off solvent under vacuum.
