Funcionamiento
Feed water (purified water) is preheated in a vertical shell-and-tube preheater, then evaporated in a double-tube-sheet vertical column. The double-tube-sheet design isolates the pharmaceutical pure steam from the primary heating steam, removing endotoxins. Generated pure steam is separated and buffered in the integrated separator/storage column. A sampling sub-system condenses pure steam through a 316L jacket so its conductivity and temperature can be monitored online. PLC + touchscreen automate setpoints, alarms, and recording.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Feed water (purified water) is preheated in a vertical shell-and-tube preheater, then evaporated in a double-tube-sheet vertical column.
2The double-tube-sheet design isolates the pharmaceutical pure steam from the primary heating steam, removing endotoxins.
3Generated pure steam is separated and buffered in the integrated separator/storage column.
4A sampling sub-system condenses pure steam through a 316L jacket so its conductivity and temperature can be monitored online.
5PLC + touchscreen automate setpoints, alarms, and recording.
