Funcionamiento
The whirlpool (vortex) pump generates vacuum, placing the hopper and suction system under negative pressure. Material is drawn through the suction gun and hose into the SUS304 hopper. Air and material separate in the hopper via 5 μm pleated filters. A reversing valve switches between feed and discharge cycles; the pneumatic gate door opens for unloading while a back-blow system (compressed air) cleans the filters simultaneously. A level sensor automates start/stop: when material reaches the set level, the system pauses; when below, it restarts.

1. Open hopper cover clip and remove cover. 2. Remove filter cartridges; blow dust off with compressed air, then wash with warm water (≤80 °C) using a soft brush. 3. Dry naturally or in oven ≤50 °C before reinstalling. 4. Reassemble according to assembly drawing.
