Funcionamiento
Bottles are organized by the 800 mm turntable unscrambler. The 4-head rotary-pump filler controls fill volume via rotation speed and turns; no-bottle-no-fill and automatic liquid-level refill prevent waste and jams. After filling, bottles travel to the capping station; the cap unscrambler/elevator orients caps by center-of-gravity bias. The dual-head jaw capper uses 2×0.75 kW Heipument servo motors for torque-controlled screwing (one-touch torque/speed setting, PP-embedded chuck protects cap). Finished jars are collected on the 800 mm turntable collector. Mitsubishi PLC + Siemens HMI provide unified control.
