Funcionamiento
Material is fed from a closed Z-type elevator hopper into a vibratory feeder above the weigh bucket. It is dosed in multiple increments into the weigh bucket to reach the target weight; the high-precision digital indicator feeds back in real time to the PLC for fast/slow fill control. Once the target weight is reached the bucket opens and material drops into the bag or container, completing quantitative filling. The screen displays packing speed and cumulative count in real time.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Material is fed from a closed Z-type elevator hopper into a vibratory feeder above the weigh bucket.
