Funcionamiento
Material is loaded into the hopper and the feed cover is locked. The PLC starts the drive system, which rotates the hopper at a set speed (3-15 rpm) for a set time (1-59 min) in the column-hoist rotation mode -- achieving granule-granule, granule-powder, and powder-powder blending. On completion the hopper stops vertically; the butterfly discharge valve at the bottom is opened to empty the batch.
Proceso de funcionamiento
