SED-4S — 4-Channel Nicotine Pouch Automatic Electronic Counting Machine

Pouches are loaded into the auto-stirring hopper and flow over three-stage vibrating corrugated plates fitted with anti-stacking rolling brushes that break up any stacks. Sick photoelectric sensors aligned with the four V-groove channels count each pouch individually; counted pouches accumulate above a pneumatic gate. When the conveyor positions the next bottle below the discharge port, the gate opens and the counted batch drops in. A buffer (pre-deposit) cylinder allows uninterrupted counting during bottle changeover. An optional vibrating positioning device pushes pouches into short or flat bottles. Pouches that fall off the bridge corrugated plate are recirculated to the hopper.
