Funcionamiento
Bottles arrive on a height-adjustable conveyor and are stopped by a pneumatic blocker at the cotton-insert station with the bottle mouth aligned to the stuffing head. A stepper-motor-driven cotton feed mechanism pulls strip cotton from a vibratory bowl feeder. Two opposing pinch wheels run at differential speed, tearing the cotton plug to the correct length without a blade. A pneumatic press-down cylinder stuffs the broken plug into the bottle. The released bottle is conveyed to the next station while the next empty bottle takes its place. Photoelectric sensors monitor cotton presence and cut length; touchscreen HMI supports real-time monitoring, parameter setup, and alarm display.

Pre-production: wipe machine exterior, conveyor belt surface, and interior (with cover open) with clean damp cloth; wipe cotton vibratory bowl, cotton feed track, and stuffing mechanism with clean cloth then sanitise with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: repeat same cleaning sequence for all surfaces and mechanisms.
