Funcionamiento
Operator manually places pre-formed boxes onto the 6061 anodized aluminum mold. Servo-driven high-speed high-precision film transport with photoelectric tracking aligns printed lidding film. Boxes enter the chamber where positive-pressure gas displacement (99.0-99.5% accuracy) flushes a programmable 3-gas mixture; chamber heat-seals the lidding film with independently-routed heater elements; integrated guide-pillar mold ensures alignment between upper heating plate and lower mold; film waste is recovered via roll-in scrap recovery; tear-notch one-shot cutting produces clean finished boxes.
