SED-4BNS-H — Intelligent High-Precision Fully Automatic Capsule Counting Machine

The capsule-feed plate (driven by cam, rocker, and ratchet mechanism via inverter motor) moves vertically, conveying capsules from the hopper into the feed tube. Left/right independent lower-capsule switches open on the downstroke to release one row of capsules; on the upstroke the switches close immediately so capsules remain in the tube. A capsule comb catches the capsules and a feed fork pushes them forward into the funnel. The patented vertical-rail compensation counter uses a 5-channel main + 1-channel auxiliary dual-track system to accumulate the count precisely; on reaching the set number the striker mechanism springs open automatically to stop dispensing. A photoelectric switch detects bottle arrival, then a cylinder locks the bottle in position for filling. The PLC controls inverter speed, pneumatic solenoid valves, photoelectric detection, and alarms.
