Funcionamiento
Purified water enters via a DN15 inlet pipe and is automatically replenished at low water level into the large inner drum. Forty-eight kW NiCr alloy heating tubes heat the water to 171°C. An independent steam chamber and built-in steam-water separator remove moisture from the steam. When pressure reaches 0.7 MPa the system automatically stops heating; below the set pressure it restarts automatically. An automatic safety-valve release device prevents over-pressure. Clean steam is delivered via the DN20 outlet valve.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Purified water enters via a DN15 inlet pipe and is automatically replenished at low water level into the large inner drum.
2Forty-eight kW NiCr alloy heating tubes heat the water to 171°C.
3An independent steam chamber and built-in steam-water separator remove moisture from the steam.
4When pressure reaches 0.7 MPa the system automatically stops heating; below the set pressure it restarts automatically.
5An automatic safety-valve release device prevents over-pressure.
6Clean steam is delivered via the DN20 outlet valve.
