Funcionamiento

Product is placed in a vacuum pouch and positioned on the worktable. The hinged lid swings laterally to cover the work chamber. A relay-controlled vacuum pump evacuates the chamber to ≤1 kPa. The heated sealing bar then seals the bag for a preset time and cools. The lid is opened and the sealed product is removed. The two chambers alternate so that one is being loaded/unloaded while the other is in the vacuum/sealing cycle, improving throughput.

Proceso de funcionamiento
