Funcionamiento
Boxes are auto-fed onto the loading station; the servo-driven loading arm pushes each box (or collated stack) into a measured length of BOPP film with gold tear strip. Upper-blow + lower-suction four-station film guidance positions the film around the box. Folding arms (front fold, side folds) and shaping cylinders complete all tucks; heated rollers and plates heat-seal the overlapping film edges. The U-shaped knife cylinder perforates the tear tape to create the opening tab.
