Funcionamiento
Six bucket scales mounted in parallel each receive material from an electromagnetic vibratory feeder. Each scale weighs to a target mass (with auto-correction). When a bag is presented at the discharge port, a photoelectric sensor triggers the door servo to open and discharge the weighed mass. The machine cycles all six heads in sequence, achieving 16–45 bag/min throughput.
