Funcionamiento
Bottles are loaded manually onto the 20-station turntable. A cam controller indexes the table 2 stations per cycle within one 360° rotation. Stations sequentially perform auto bottle wash, dual-head servo dive-down piston filling (with photoelectric position confirmation), inner-stopper press, dual-spindle servo cap screwing (each spindle with its own torque control), and pneumatic-cylinder robotic pickout to the outfeed conveyor.
